Film Review: Hero (Jet Li)
The change in the dominant colors implies a meaning – what is it?
The change in the dominant colors represents the different versions of the story that’s being told.
*Red - The color red signifies a lie. When Nameless makes up the story to explain how he defeated the assassins, otherwise the Emperor will suspect conspiracy.
*Blue - The color blue signifies the belief of the King. The Emperor's version of what most likely happened, that Nameless did not defeat them, but they volunteered to sacrifice themselves for the mission.
*White - The color white signifies the truth. The true storyline of what really happened.
*Green – The color green signifies the past, which explains why the Emperor is still alive and why he shouldn't be killed. It also explains why Broken Sword didn't help to fend off the arrows.

Me, myself and I
"I aim to top, not to pass, because if I pass, I fail”, this has been my motto in life for several months now; and I believe to the most logical work of philosophy which is embedded in eight words that says “Stay if you’re happy, Leave if you’re not. I am no one special, just a common man with common thoughts. I don’t want to claim that I’m special but I’m a bit special.
As a Mass Communication student, I want to be able to come up with a story that’s relevant. I want to expand my horizon through my majors in journalism, public relations, advertising and broadcasting, for me to share and improve my views, opinions, ideas and knowledge. I think this is the right platform. In life, I know there’s a big chance that people don’t like me. However, there’s even a bigger chance that I don’t care. Well, you’ve heard me babble for a bit, so what about you?
